Getting Your Device to Us

While we love seeing our local customers at our Nightcliff storefront, we also offer a Mail-In Repair Service for those across Australia.

How it Works:

1. Contact Us: Email jemvlpty@outlook.com to get a quote and a repair ticket number.

2. Pack Securely: Wrap your device in bubble wrap and place it in a sturdy box. Do not include SIM cards or SD cards.

3. Ship It: Send your device to:

   Jemvl PTY Repairs 19 Banksia St, Nightcliff NT 0810, Australia

4. Repair & Return: Once fixed, we will send you an invoice. After payment, we ship your device back via Australia Post Express with tracking.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Flat rate of $15.00 AUD for express return shipping within Australia.

• All return shipments are insured for your peace of mind.
